As iWhere offers the free trial version to try before purchasing, iWhere generally does not refund or exchange products in the following situations:
Non-technical Circumstances:
Failure to read the product description before purchasing thus results in dissatisfaction with the product's function. It is highly recommended that every customer read the product description and try the free trial version before purchasing.
Note: iWhere does not refund software if products fail to meet customers' needs due to a lack of understanding by the customer of the products functions and capabilities. However, iWhere would exchange the purchased product for the correct product outright with a price difference within the guarantee period. If the purchased product is exchanged for a correct product of lower price, iWhere will not refund the price difference.
A refund for the failure to receive the registration code after the order has been successful. Generally, the registration code will be automatically sent within 1 hour. But sometimes it may be delayed by email spam settings, internet issues, etc. In this case, please contact iWhere Support Team. We will retrieve the registration code for customers ASAP within 24 hours.
Purchase of a wrong product, which has already been followed by the purchase of the correct product from another company.
A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud or other unauthorized payment. As iWhere cooperates with an independent payment platform, it's impossible to monitor authorization during payment. In this case, iWhere recommends customers contact card issuers if there is fraud. And the refund cannot be accepted. However, iWhere will exchange the purchased product for one the customer would like.
iWhere Product price differences between different regions or price differences between iWhere and other companies.
As the purchase is finished, it cannot be refunded by the reason of incompatible with the operating system. iWhere highly recommends customers try the software before purchase.
A refund request due to price change or purchase from promotion campaigns.
A customer has a 'change of mind' after purchase.
Technical Circumstances
When meeting some technical trouble, customers are supposed to cooperate with iWhere Support Team to provide detailed information, screenshots, and files. A refund request won't be allowed if customers refuse to cooperate or refuse to try the solutions provided by iWhere.
A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated if the order exceeds 30 days.
Non-technical Circumstances:
Purchase of the same product (both from iWhere) twice at the same time. With the confirmation of the iWhere Support Team, iWhere will refund one of the products for the customer, or exchange one program for another iWhere product.
Purchase of two products (both from iWhere) with similar functions. In this case, iWhere will refund one of the products or exchange one program for another iWhere product if required.
The customer does not receive their registration code within 24 hours of purchase, has failed to retrieve the registration code from the iWhere Support Center, and has not received a timely response (within 24 hours) from the iWhere Support Team after making contact. In this case, iWhere will refund the customer's order if they do not need the product in the future.
Purchase of a 'wrong product', and then purchase the correct product from our company. In this case, iWhere will refund the price of the wrong product for you if you do not need it.
Technical Problems:
Within 30 days, no solution has been provided to deal with the technical problems of the software. In this case, iWhere will refund the purchase if the customer requests.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated. Thus, please:
Download Version: Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
Disc Version: Destroy the disc, then uninstall the software from your computer.
